  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen factors.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship internationally where permitted by Faire.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Customs processing times may affect delivery estimates.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@getwristed.com.
  • If an order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
  • Get Wristed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
