Currently, GetWristed operates exclusively online, allowing us to offer competitive pricing and ship worldwide.

Q: Where do you ship from?
We proudly operate multiple warehouses around the globe, including locations in Sweden (Jönköping and Stockholm), Italy (Milan, Giuseppe, Beati, Genova, Florence, Modena, Como, Rome), Spain (Alicante), Germany (Salzburg), and the USA (Florida and Minnesota).
Q: How long does shipping take?
The delivery time depends on the location. It takes 24-48 hours to dispatch the package, and 3 business days on average within the EU, or 5-7 business days outside the EU to deliver it.
Q: What are the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated per order. You can find detailed shipping costs at the link below. The total shipping cost consists of a base fee (economy or express) + an additional charge per item, which varies based on the item's category.
Orders above $150 get free shipping.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $150.
Do you ship internationally?
We provide worldwide delivery using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. However, we cannot ship to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine due to the ongoing war.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not been processed yet, you can contact our support team as soon as possible to update the address.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Yes, express shipping is available at an additional cost. The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna
Q: Do you offer installment payments (e.g., Klarna, Afterpay)?
Yes! We offer installment payment options through Klarna and Afterpay, allowing you to split your payment into smaller amounts.

No, only one discount code can be used per order.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unworn items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return, you can contact us at info@getwristed.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Malzwin 2, Lelystad Netherlands.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
